An order is typically processed by 3-5 days unless there is personal customization which then normally takes a week.

Orders on average take 8-15 business days once its processed, please bare in mind that not all countries have easy flowing customs and duties services, please allow for up to 21 business days for delivery.

The waybill tracking information will be sent via email once it’s dispatched.
