However, we cannot always guarantee the availability of all products, and all products are subject to availability. You will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order, but this does not constitute acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is only accepted once we have dispatched the goods to you.

  1. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in should reflect in the country were you are located. The pay gate accepts payment via credit or debit cards issued worldwide by Mastercard and Visa as well as Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, SnapScan, Zapper and more. Payment will be processed at the time of order checkout. We reserve the right to change prices or correct errors at any time without prior notice.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping coats are included in the price.

Delivery times are estimates, and we cannot guarantee delivery dates. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g. weather, carrier issues, customs delays).

  1. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy, we offer returns and exchanges, the process must be initiated within 3 days from the date of receipt of your parcel. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details on how to initiate a return, refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • These can not be returned: Underwear, certain suppliers do not accept returns, merino wool and cashmere items are not returnable/ exchangeable or refundable.

We take great care to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices on our Site are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors or details shown on the Site are completely accurate due to variations in monitor settings or other factors.
