WELCOME TO MY WEBPAGE

You probably wondering why Vitality was used for a clothing and bedding store, bear with me as I invite you on a brief journey.

A few years ago, while going through an early menopause I also developed restless legs. My sleep time became a nightmare, and I often had to take CBD to insure some shut eye. This is where my research started, I obviously looked at diet and exercise, but it did not bring me the needed relief.

Roughly two years later, on a random Telegram post I became enlightened regarding natural fabrics and the benefits thereof. I learned that fabrics have a frequency, of which linen and wool is the highest. Cotton has the same frequency as our bodies. Frequency can be replaced by the word energy, like we consume food to give us energy the same is said for the fabric that is in constant contact with the largest organ of our body – the skin. In addition, all fabrics made of synthetic fibers such as nylon, polyester (I now call it poly-fester), acrylic, acetate, polyamide, spandex inhibits breathability, drains our energy and in the process microplastics are absorbed into your bodies. All plastic fabrics have a very low frequency. Please see my blog for more information regarding these plastic and synthetic fabrics and the effects of microplastic on us and the environment.

To add to the frequency of natural fabrics, the fabrics must not be combined as their frequencies cancel each other out.

After four years into menopause, I finally was assisted by a homeopath and within three months that was no longer an issue. Now my legs were my main concern and after learning about natural fabrics I changed my bedding to cotton as well as my sleepwear. I’m still making changes as I go along to gradually weed out the poly-festers in my cupboard and household. Along with this change I started taking Celtic salt (contains +/- 82 minerals) with water, this I learned from world renown naturopath – Barbara O’Neill as well as grounding daily (feet on the grass or soil). The change in my legs were instantaneous and insomnia became history.

To create a shop became a vision to assist others and narrow down your search. I have included pure fabrics with the worst inclusion rate of 90% of the pure fabric and the balance of 5 – 10% spandex.

Some crops used in the fabric industry are heavily sprayed by herbicides, insecticides and pesticides to ensure a high yield. Furthermore, these plant fibres undergo chemical processes and or chemical dye processes, Barbara O’Neill has mentioned this in many of her videos’, these items must be washed and hung in the sun to dry for the first couple (5 – 7) washes, she further mentions that sun is the best for all laundry as all or anything harmful is neutralized. This is great advice for the interim and hopefully soon the chemical usage will be done away with as these chemicals are still entering the environment at a manufacturing point and on the home front.

When it comes to shoes, did you know that the largest skin pores on our body are the soles of our feet. Replacing shoes could be expensive an interim solution could be to buy inner soles; these have been listed under Men and Women “other”.

Please forward me information of any items that are below 90% of the pure fabric, I will gladly remove these from the store. I aspire to only offer 100% pure sustainable products, but this will happen over time as awareness is key to shift from and end the production of synthetic fabrics and all the chemical processes. A wide range of 100% organic products are not readily available as suppliers for ECommerce drop shipping, this would also be very welcoming change.

Yours in health and a sustainable life for all that share this beautiful planet.
