  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been confirmed.
  • Orders that include customization, the processing is normally done by 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been confirmed.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs:

    Delivery in 8-15 business days.
  • Free Shipping:
    We offer free standard shipping on orders.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs processing times, weather, political unrest and other unforeseen circumstances. Deliveries to certain countries can take up to 21 business days.

Once your order has left the warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

  • If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to redirect it to a new address.

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and provide a solution, whether that’s a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
